Located in Ica Valley, 309 km. (192 miles) South of Lima, Perú (14° 08’ 03” S,  75° 41’ 18” W  , at 400 m. above sea level. See us at: (http://earth.google.com) .  Easily accessible from the Pan American Highway.

Land: 23 hectares (57 acres.) Planted with Quebranta variety grape vines, preferred by Pisco consumers. We are currently experimenting with Dr. Richard Smart’s high production trellis designs.

Distillery: The engineering design was conceived in consultation with CITE-vid, a government extension pilot winery/distillery & vineyard, founded with Technical Assistance from Spain. Further design expertise was received from a Master Distiller of a major Cognac House in Cognac, France. The Payet’s traveled three times for extended research visits to Cognac, Vinitech in Bordeaux and Mendoza, Argentina, as well to Napa & Sonoma valleys in California.
